• Work with the client, the family and the physician to develop a plan of care to meet your needs.
• We are on call 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, giving support and answering questions for clients and caregivers.
• Visit each client every 60 days at a minimum providing employee supervision and early intervention on solving problems.

• Work with the family on an on-going basis ensuring appropriate personnel are assigned to each client.
• Act as liaisons between caregivers and families.
• Ensures that employees are paid on a weekly basis and process the time slips.
• Deals with all necessary taxes and withholding needs required by the government.
• Verify and bill client's insurance company, generate weekly bills, apply payment.

• Interviews and screens all employees.
• Conducts criminal background checks and reference checks.
• Provides training, guidance and counseling for all employees.
